My stay at NH Buenos Aires Florida was pleasant overall. The hotel offers spacious rooms perfect for a business trip, equipped with a good bathroom, closet, comfortable bed, and a convenient desk, all kept clean and nice. The service was exceptional, with the staff being really great and helpful, although some rooms do show signs of aging. The location is ideal, situated right by a shopping mall with convenient amenities and lively surroundings filled with cafes and restaurants. The dining experience, while having good variety and satisfying options, may lack some inspiration. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming choice in a bustling area.
The hotel room was huge with a large balcony, really nice. However, the room smelt of an old vacuum cleaner bag. The staff was very helpful and arranged our morning airport transfer at check-in, although a mistake left my room open temporarily. The location is central, quiet with easy access to the main arteries and commercial areas, making it a good choice to spend some nights in Buenos Aires. The dining menu included fresh meats and was pretty good.
